Came across this today, and it's pretty great.  Reminds me a little of Posterous due to its ease of use and email posting.  If you're like me, and email is your "hub" of communication, you'll love this.

All you need to do to interact is link your email address and send email to specific address for what you want to do.

Email Address	Purpose
tweet@tweetymail.com	Tweet text, pictures, and links
latest@tweetymail.com	Receive the latest tweets from your friends
message@tweetymail.com	Send or reply to a direct message
follow@tweetymail.com	Start following a user
block@tweetymail.com	Block a user from following you
unfollow@tweetymail.com	Stop following a user

For example, if I wanted to see the latest 10 tweets by my friend @jChimmy, I could do something like this:
